Thank you for helping us by giving a report of conditions you have noted
while on Mount Tamalpais trails. Please fill in the requested information in
the form below, and then submit it to us by pressing the "SEND" button at the
bottom. We will promptly add any new information to our database.

Your reports will help us to direct trail maintenance efforts where they are
needed most. We rely upon you, the trail users, for timely information on the
over 100 miles of hiking trails on the mountain. Remember, we appreciate
reports of trails you find to be in good condition as well as reports of
maintenance needs that you see.
